The Manager, Restaurant Performance & Insights will lead the development of operational insights that drive improvements in restaurant execution and business outcomes. This role owns key restaurant KPIs (ACR, REV, Speed, Training, M&I), identifies trends across field zones, and partners with internal teams to guide strategic actions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the Franchise & Restaurant Scorecards; provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights on restaurant performance by region (FZ), highlighting what's working and where opportunities lie.
  • Analyze the impact of operations audit scores on business metrics (traffic, sales, profitability, guest sentiment, and team member experience).
  • Partner with Ops Innovation to assess the effectiveness of field tests.
  • Provide performance summaries for executive, field, and franchise audiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in restaurant or retail analytics.
  • Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL; experience with statistical modeling a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and distilling complex findings into practical insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
