Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via our live chat platform. Provide accurate information regarding our services, scheduling, and general company policies. Handle sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and the utmost discretion, reflecting our company's core values. Troubleshoot client issues effectively and elevate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system. Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and client communication strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on live chat or digital communication. Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. A genuinely empathetic and patient demeanor, with a passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
