Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary care support for underserved patients in our faith-based, mission-driven clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals and histories, administering medications and immunizations, triage (phone and in-person), patient education, care coordination, documentation in the EHR, and assisting providers with procedures. The nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, culturally sensitive care, supports health equity initiatives, and participates in quality improvement while upholding our faith-inspired values of dignity, service, and excellence.
