Job ID#: 27122 Position: Legal Assistant Legal Assistant needed to support our HOA team with document preparation, debt collection, data entry, and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Prepare liens, Notices of Default, and demand letters for foreclosure actions. Update delinquent accounts and calculate late fees/interest. Conduct title searches and research active bankruptcy cases. Use billing and calendaring systems. Communicate with board members, homeowners, and clients. Maintain and file judicial and non-judicial collection files. Perform data entry, document filing, and court submissions. Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Assist in trial preparation (discovery and exhibits). Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Desired Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office. 1-3+ years of HOA legal admin or assistant experience. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management. Excellent communication and writing skills. Knowledge of legal terms and procedures.
