KC Custom Signs is looking for an experienced Lead Sign Installer to help build the next generation of our installation department.

We've been serving the Kansas City area for over 12 years and continue to grow. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a company investing in its future.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial sign installations
• Install channel letters, cabinets, monuments, ADA signage, vinyl, and interior signage
• Operate bucket trucks, cranes, lifts, and other installation equipment
• Read drawings and layouts
• Wire and troubleshoot electrical signs
• Coordinate with customers and general contractors on site
• Train and mentor junior installers
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial sign installation experience preferred
• Bucket truck and aerial lift experience
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to read plans and solve field issues independently
• Positive attitude and leadership mindset
