Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kronos to ADP Mi gr ation Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end migration from UKG Kronos (Workforce Central / Dimensions) to ADP Workforce Now / ADP Vantage . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in workforce management systems, payroll integrations, data migration, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

This role requires both technical and functional expertise to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end migration from Kronos (UKG) to ADP platform
  • Perform system analysis, data mapping, and gap analysis between Kronos and ADP
  • Extract, cleanse, and migrate historical payroll and timekeeping data
  • Configure ADP modules including:

    • Time & Attendance
    • Payroll
    • Scheduling
    • Workforce Management
  • Design and validate data interfaces between ADP and downstream systems (HRIS, ERP, Benefits, Finance)
  • Conduct integration testing, UAT coordination, and payroll parallel testing
  • Develop migration documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Support cutover planning and post-implementation stabilization
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management / Payroll systems
  • Proven experience in Kronos (UKG) implementation or administration
  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
  • Hands-on experience in data migration projects
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and timekeeping rules
  • Experience with APIs, flat file integrations, or middleware tools
  • Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience leading full lifecycle migration projects
  • Knowledge of labor compliance (FLSA, state payroll regulations)
  • Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting
  • ADP or UKG certifications
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification (nice to have)
