About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join the team at Dick's Drive-In. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning both the interior and exterior of our restaurant early in the morning. Your primary objective will be to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our customers. The Janitor position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant maintains its high standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to be standing for long periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work early mornings, including on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the restaurant's interior and exterior including all surfaces.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is clean and welcoming for our customers.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed.
