What You'll Do: Leadership & Operations - Lead branch IT staff and drive day-to-day execution, setting priorities and ensuring strong follow-through on all initiatives
- Manage IT budget, forecasting, and hardware/software refresh planning aligned to corporate standards and branch needs
- Partner closely with Branch Leadership and Corporate IT to align local technology delivery with enterprise direction and strategy
Security & Physical Access: - Coordinate branch security practices with the Security Admin Group and ensure full alignment with company policy
- Oversee endpoint protection deployment and monitoring (e.g., Bitdefender) and ensure timely remediation of any issues
- Govern branch physical access processes (Brivo), including approvals and periodic access reviews
Infrastructure, Devices & Assets: - Provide local oversight for branch network/firewall, servers, and related infrastructure in partnership with Admin Groups
- Oversee the full device lifecycle (procurement, deployment, refresh) and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Manage copier/printer services and vendor coordination, escalating systemic issues as needed
CADD, Licensing & Data Management: - Oversee CADD environments (Autodesk/Bentley) and coordinate standards and client requirements
- Coordinate software licensing compliance, renewals, and utilization with the License Admin Group
- Provide governance over Branch Data Management, including developing and maintaining guidance on proper use of GPI's on-premise and cloud data storage locations
End User Support & Field Office Coverage: - Oversee end-user support in coordination with the Service Desk and act as an escalation point for high-impact issues
- Ensure onboarding/offboarding and access request processes are executed consistently and securely
- Coordinate technology support for field offices and inspection staff, including accounts, devices, and connectivity
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in IT management with a focus on regional or multi-site operations
- 10-15+ years of experience IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and security best practices, and at least 5 years of management experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to coordinate branch IT initiatives across teams
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and security best practices
- Experience with endpoint protection platforms, physical access control systems, and asset lifecycle management
- Familiarity with CADD environments (Autodesk/Bentley) and software licensing compliance is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Requirements - Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
- Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
- Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
- Able to move equipment or inspection specimens weighing up to 50 pounds
