Compensation: $70,000 annual salary (3-month training period) + transition to commission-based structure with significant earning potential

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Associate to join our high-performing real estate investment team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with sophisticated investors and contribute to a rapidly growing organization with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial investor outreach and lead qualification
• Build relationships with potential investors through phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Present investment opportunities to qualified prospects
• Collaborate with our Director of Investor Relations (Goldman Sachs alumnus) on complex transactions
• Maintain detailed records in CRM system
• Support investor education and ongoing relationship management

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years sales or client relationship experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals
• Real estate, finance, or investment experience preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Immediate availability for start
