We are looking for an EXPERIENCED paralegal to handle employment-based immigration cases. We are a high volume firm and the right person must be able to handle multiple cases. Must have at least 3-5 years experience preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, E2, and 1-140 cases, including EB1A and EB1C filings. Preference for someone in Atlanta who can be part of our on-site team with a hybrid work week (3 days in office and 2 remotely).
