McNally's Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operations and maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry technologies and best practices through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience in commercial settings.
• Strong personal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a good driving record.
• EPA Certification required.
• 3 years of boiler experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
