Your future responsibilities include: Maintaining HR processes related to personnel administration Reviewing, updating, and optimizing HR procedures and policies Maintaining employee benefit systems Maintaining and updating data in personnel administration and other HR systems Supporting management and staff with queries related to personnel administration or HR processes Required profile: Student or recent graduate interested in HR Early experience in students’ organizations or entry‑level work Advanced English proficiency Attention to detail Good communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines Team player mindset Availability to work 30‑40hours per week What can you expect?
