· 2+ years of digital accessibility experience · 4+ years of industry experience · Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA, and related web technology · Comfort with using assistive technologies, such as screen readers · Knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and compliance standards · Excellent communication skills
· Accessibility certification · Experience working in a modern frontend stack(JS, TypeScript, React, Redux, Cypress) · Familiarity with Android or iOS accessibility · Familiarity with inclusive design principles
