We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with proven stand-up and sit-down forklift experience, including both single and double forklift operation. This role requires more than basic equipment operation and demands strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including single and double forklifts
• Accurately load, unload, move, stage, and store materials within the warehouse
• Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and inventory documentation
• Perform basic math calculations to verify counts, quantities, and locations
• Maintain accuracy while multitasking and meeting productivity expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Support inventory accuracy and quality control standards

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (single and double fork)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills required for counting, inventory, and verification
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong safety awareness and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Ability to stand, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
