Forklift Driver/Warehouse assistant

The Forklift Operator safely operates forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and organize products in a warehouse. The role supports shipping, receiving, and inventory operations while following safety and quality standards

Forklift Driver/Warehouse assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.60 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm )

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (sit-down, stand-up, clamp, and order picker).
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Scan products and print labels using warehouse equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and use inventory management systems.
• Follow product rotation procedures (such as FIFO when applicable).
• Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily forklift safety inspections. Keep the warehouse clean and inspection-ready for safety and quality audits.
• Report accidents, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors. Perform general housekeeping and other assigned warehouse duties.

Forklift Driver/Warehouse assistant Qualifications:

• Ability to work with urgency and energy. Teamwork and collaboration.
• Good decision-making.
• Efficiency and continuous improvement mindset. Flexibility and adaptability.
• At least 2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with car batteries
