We're hiring for a Fast Food General Manager to take our store to the next level. We will move quickly for the right hire. This is not a training role, we need someone trained and ready with proven results in a 2M+ volume restaruant who is energized by the pace and has a appetite for growth and bonses. MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 3 years experience at GM level
  • 7+ Years Fast Food/ QSR management experience
  • $2MM Annual Sales Volume experience as a GM
  • Stable tenure - we want someone for the long term!

 

 

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Establish the growth strategy for the restaurant
  • Managing quality and policies to make us the best location in the area
  • Must be a thoughtful leader and confident decision-maker
  • Proven success leading a team (low turnover, strong history of promoting team members- yes please!)
  • Managing P&L and budgets to targets and exceeding growth and performance

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of restaurant GM in quick service or fast food
  • 3+ years of team building and training experience
  • Familiar preparing schedules to contain labor budgets
  • Training and development of all team members
  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Work well with a team
  • HSD/GED
