Job Responsibilities: As our Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks including patching, painting, equipment repairs, and other necessary replacements.
• Execute preventative maintenance, renovations, and inspections to uphold our facilities to the highest standards.
• Conduct routine inspections across all clinics to ensure operational safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain both interior and exterior environments to promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years' experience maintaining various building surfaces including walls, floors, and finishes.
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to utilize basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and custodial tools effectively.
