Aux Talent is partnering with a private ultra-high-net-worth family seeking a Senior Estate Manager based in the Indianapolis area. This is a highly visible opportunity overseeing the operations, maintenance, staffing, and long-term planning across a portfolio of luxury residential properties. Our client is open to offering relocation for the right person.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in highly detail-oriented environments and has experience managing complex household operations, vendors, property systems, and estate staff with discretion and professionalism. This role will work closely with household leadership to ensure each residence is impeccably maintained, fully operational, and guest-ready at all times.

Typical duties (but are not limited to): Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple luxury residential properties, managing preventative maintenance schedules and property readiness, coordinating vendors, contractors, and specialty service providers, supervising household staff and maintaining operational standards, managing household budgets, purchasing, and administrative records, supporting principal and family logistics, travel-related home preparation, and guest readiness

Requirements : 5+ years of experience in estate management, luxury property management, hospitality leadership, or a related field, strong operational leadership and project management experience, experience supervising household staff and coordinating vendors, knowledge of residential systems including HVAC, AV/IT, lighting controls, and security systems, ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday with 24/7 on-call availability and occasional weekend/seasonal support

Compensation : 100-130K + 25% bonus + a robust benefit package

Location : Indianapolis, IN area (OPEN TO RELOCATION)
