Overview ED Tech role at Allakos Inc. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development and the care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served. Promotes customer service initiatives. Promptly responds to call lights & family/patient requests. Stocks supplies and linens and maintains clean working environment. Cleans patient stretchers and straightens patient’s rooms. Assists licensed staff with patient care. Promptly answers telephones and public inquiries appropriately. Processes written orders appropriately. Conveys STAT orders to appropriate personnel immediately. Enters patient charges for items not charged in PYXIS Performs EKGs and phlebotomy Transports patients Assists with suturing and procedures. Maintains par levels on supplies.
