Job DescriptionYou will assist doctors across a wide range of multi-specialty procedures with precision and confidence. Beyond chairside assisting, you will take ownership of the patient experience—explaining technology, supporting education, and building trust. Your role is central to our "patient-first" culture, involving everything from digital imaging and 3D scans to maintaining strict OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Salary Rangefull-time $23 - $35 per hour

Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of dental assisting experience.
Licensure: DA certification or eligibility to work as a Dental Assistant in Massachusetts.
Tech Savvy: Comfort with (or a strong desire to learn) digital dentistry and modern workflows.
Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at calm, confident patient communication.
