We are seeking a motivated and reliable Day Laborer to join our team at our manufacturing warehouse in Mesa, AZ. As a Day Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient production and distribution processes. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, products, and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks such as packing, sorting, and labeling products.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and disposing of waste.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the assembly and preparation of products for shipment.
• Monitor and report any damaged products or equipment to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
