The New England Conservatory, an independent not-for-profit institution, is recognized internationally as a leader among music schools, educating and training musicians of all ages from around the world. The Coordinator for Academic & Student Affairs provides front-line operational support to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs, assisting with the office's daily administrative functions and core student support services, including advising operations, international student support, and accessibility resource services.
Working closely with the Director of Academic Advising Operations, the Coordinator also provides administrative support to the departments of Liberal Arts, Modern Languages, Music History, and Music Theory. The position facilitates communication, coordination, and administrative processes that support faculty, staff, and students across academic and student affairs.
This is a full-time, twelve-month position requiring an in-office presence during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Limited hybrid flexibility of up to one remote day per week may be available during lower-traffic periods, subject to operational needs.
