Community Outreach Associate – Entry Level We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Associate to join our growing team. As a Community Outreach Associate, you'll work alongside experienced marketing and outreach professionals to help increase awareness, strengthen community partnerships, and support impactful campaigns. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, event coordination, customer engagement, and marketing strategy . Responsibilities Represent our organization at community events, promotional campaigns, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with community members, businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations, and local partners. Engage with diverse audiences to increase awareness of programs, services, events, and brand initiatives. Assist with planning and executing community outreach campaigns and promotional events. Support event setup, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure successful community experiences. Distribute promotional materials, educational resources, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop strategies that improve community engagement. Collect feedback and insights from community members to support future campaigns and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community interactions, partnerships, and event participation. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with different audiences. Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sociology, or a related field is preferred.
