The CFO will bring insightful analysis, process, reporting, metrics, and discipline control to drive continuous margin improvement. Job Essentials, Responsibilities, DutiesSTRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND PLANNINGIntegrate tax, accounting, and financial advisory insights into firm-wide and client-level decision-making.Partner with Business Management teams to align billing with services, ensure profitability, and support complex client situations.Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans and develop financial and tax strategies.Manage capital requests and budgeting processes.
