South X South Waste is seeking an experienced CDL A or B Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team. This position reports to Dispatch and is responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck hauling materials such as C&D waste, brush, scrap, and other jobsite debris.

We are looking for a safety-focused professional who operates equipment responsibly, maintains a professional demeanor with customers and coworkers, and takes pride in delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Safely deliver, swap, and remove roll-off containers at job sites
• Operate hydraulic systems and lifting mechanisms properly and safely
• Complete all required paperwork and daily logs accurately
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic daily service checks
• Perform routine preventative maintenance such as oil checks, greasing components, changing filters
• Report all accidents, injuries, or equipment issues immediately
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and wear required PPE at all times
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL required
• Minimum 3 years of roll-off truck driving experience required.
• Ability to +/- 60 hours per week to include Saturdays with overtime (hours not guaranteed)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug test
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to climb in and out of truck multiple times per day using 3 points of contact
• Able to bend, stoop, and perform full vehicle and container inspections
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
