Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters and tradespeople with daily construction tasks
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Perform site cleanup and material organization
• Support framing, concrete, demolition, and finish work
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean jobsite
• Learn construction skills through hands-on experience

Skills/Education/Experience:

• Construction experience
• Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range : $20 - $27/hour
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package .   In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, Engelberth Construction does not discriminate in compensation based on protected characteristics and is committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
