About the Role Fruit Street is seeking experienced Board Members to provide governance, strategic oversight, and fiduciary leadership as the company continues to scale its Diabetes Prevention Program nationally. This role is designed for senior leaders with experience in healthcare delivery, payer organizations, digital health, population health, or enterprise-scale operations. Board Members will work closely with the executive team to guide long-term strategy, oversee performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission, regulatory environment, and stakeholder responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight and governance in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory standards Guide long-term strategy, growth priorities, and capital allocation decisions Oversee performance against clinical, financial, and operational objectives Advise on reimbursement strategy, payer relationships, and value-based care alignment Support executive leadership through counsel on organizational development, risk management, and enterprise partnerships Participate in formal board meetings and key committee discussions Leverage professional networks to support strategic partnerships, customer relationships, and investor engagement Ideal Candidate Senior executive or board-level leader (current or former C-suite, EVP, SVP, or equivalent) with healthcare industry experience Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement, and regulated care delivery environments Experience serving on boards or in senior governance roles preferred Commitment to preventive care, population health, and mission-driven healthcare innovation Why Join Fruit Street As a Board Member of Fruit Street, you will play a central role in guiding a nationally scaled, evidence-based diabetes prevention platform addressing one of the most urgent challenges in U.S. healthcare.
