Job Details

• Compensation: $18$22 per hour (depending on experience)
• Job Site Location: Greenville, TX
• Work Schedule: Office hours are MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM, with flexibility required to complete check-ins before/after normal business hours as needed
• Job Type: Direct-Hire Placement
• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication
• Maintain a strong pipeline using job boards, referrals, networking, and local outreach
• Conduct candidate/employee check-ins before and after normal business hours when needed
• Coordinate job postings and help optimize ads for applicant flow (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google for Jobs)
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring and onboarding processes
• Track recruiting activity and results, meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with branch leadership to prioritize urgent openings and staffing needs

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement for this role
• Recruiting experience (staffing/agency experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, people-first approach
• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional pre- and post-business-hour check-ins
• Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone, email, text)
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in ATS/HR systems and job boards

Nice-to-Haves

• High-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, or other employment documentation
