At 4 Star General Contracting, driven sales professionals earn $150,000 to $200,000 in their first year and $300,000 to $500,000+ in year two and beyond through uncapped commission on high-ticket commercial roofing projects.

You will need previous outside sales experience . No roofing background required; we provide full training.

This is not a one-call-close role . Commercial roofing involves longer sales cycles (30-90 days to close) with bigger payouts. You need patience, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Conduct roof assessments and identify storm damage or maintenance needs
• Present tailored solutions including scope, timelines, and warranty options
• Guide clients through the project process from consultation to completion
• Build your own book of business within a proven system

• Previous experience with in B2B Sales
