Supporting a growing caseload, the contract California Licensed Attorney will manage litigation matters, prepare legal documents, and assist with trial preparation, with flexibility for part-time or full-time remote work. Key responsibilities: Manage assigned litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution Prepare persuasive motions, legal memoranda, and other court filings Oversee discovery activities and support trial preparation by organizing evidence and developing case themes Required qualifications: California Licensed Attorney with 5-10+ years of civil litigation experience Experience in managing litigation matters and preparing legal documents Ability to work independently on discrete projects Familiarity with trial preparation and discovery processes Experience in trust litigation or appellate-related assignments is a plus
