Job Description
UniqClean is a fast-growing vacation rental cleaning and hospitality company serving Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who want stable work, growth opportunities, and long-term advancement within the company.
This position supports luxury vacation rentals and short-term rental properties. We are not a typical house cleaning company — our team plays a direct role in creating five-star guest experiences.
We are currently hiring for multiple experience levels:
ENTRY LEVEL TRAINEE – Starting at $13.50/hr
• No experience required
• Paid training provided
• 60-day probationary/training period
• Advancement to Cleaner role based on performance and attendance
CLEANER – Starting at $15/hr
• Minimum 1 year residential cleaning experience required
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented
LEAD CLEANER – Starting at $17/hr
• Minimum 2 years residential cleaning experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Leads assist with training, team coordination, and quality control
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We strongly promote from within. Team members who demonstrate reliability, strong attendance, leadership, and high cleaning standards can advance into Lead Cleaner and Inspector positions.
Inspectors are only promoted internally and must maintain high performance scores and attendance standards.
SCHEDULE
• Sunday availability is REQUIRED
• Shifts available 7 days per week
• Typical hours are between 8am–5pm, though some days may run later depending on workload
• Flexible scheduling is available if communicated consistently in advance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and prepare vacation rental properties for arriving guests
• Follow detailed cleaning and inspection checklists
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on property size and scheduling needs
• Report maintenance or property issues
• Maintain company quality standards
• Use company scheduling and operations systems
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check
• No felonies within the past 5 years
• Must be reliable and maintain strong attendance
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods and climb stairs
• Strong attention to detail is REQUIRED
• Good communication skills required
