Healthnix is the AI operating system for prescribing food as medicine in chronic pain and chronic disease management. Built with input from scientists, dietitians and clinicians from Cleveland Clinic, Imperial College London, and the NHS, our platform transforms clinical nutrition from a slow, manual specialty into an automated, scalable clinical workflow. Today, 60 million American adults suffer from chronic pain and the average diagnosis takes 6.4 years. There is just 1 pain doctor for every 28,000 patients. Nutrition can lead to outstanding outcomes such as 75% arthritis pain reduction, but it needs a scalable implementation pathway. Our patients are already seeing symptoms and quality of life improvements. Pilots are already active with large leading US hospitals, including a paid deployment in Texas. The Opportunity Healthnix is seeking to expand its select, high-impact Advisory Board made up of leaders across clinical care, AI, chronic pain, orthopedics, MSK, digital health, nutrition science, and value-based operations. In particular, we are looking for individuals with deep expertise as physicians or leading health system operations and integrations with digital health providers. We want you to help us build a tool which doctors love to use and which makes it easy to make nutrition the standard of care for chronic pain management. Advisors will play a foundational role in shaping: Our go to market strategy - who can we help first Clinical integration with PCPs, PT clinics, pain centers, orthopedics, and care navigation platforms Workflow design that scales dietitians, reduces burnout, and accelerates care Growth strategy Research and validation pathways including real-world evidence generation Introductions to clinics, health systems, payers, and MSK networks Advisors will receive early visibility into Healthnix’s current Pre-Seed Round, with the opportunity to participate alongside clinicians, operators, and institutional supporters. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of clinical-grade nutrition therapy, a category projected to transform chronic pain and chronic disease management over the next decade. Key Responsibilities Workflow, Integration & Reimbursement Advise on integrating Healthnix into primary care, PT clinics, orthopedics workflows across a range of provider types (from small, independent clinics to health systems) Provide feedback on reimbursement strategy (RTM, MNT, APC-M codes) and credentialing process Go to Market and Strategic Connections Introduce Healthnix to physician groups, PT networks, value-based organizations, care navigation partners, or health systems Support expansion across Texas and California Advice on geographic prioritization of expansion across the US Product & Market Insight Physicians’ perspective on the product and integrations with workflows - particularly in primary care and lifestyle medicine Input on patient-facing features regarding outcomes measurement, engagement and data sharing with the healthcare professional Advise on pricing and commercial differentiation (Optional) Clinical Insight Clinical background welcome but not required , our team already includes pain, MSK, and nutrition experts Ideal Advisor Profiles We are especially interested in individuals with at least 3 of the following: 10+ years in clinical practice or health system leadership (primary care, pain medicine, PT, orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, chronic disease management) Experience in care delivery innovation, digital therapeutics, telehealth, or clinical nutrition Expertise in reimbursement (RTM, MNT, CCM, PCM, APC-M) or value-based care Leadership in PT/OT networks, MSK clinics, FQHCs, care navigation platforms, or hospital systems Strong networks across clinical operations, digital health, MSK, chronic pain, or primary care Interest in AI-driven clinical workflows and emerging precision nutrition models Passion for improving chronic pain outcomes and reducing clinical burnou t Founding Team Maja Mazur, Co-Founder & CEO Former product leader.
